Am I the only one who thinks that the whole Messiah Complex and the after-math is the best thing to happen in the X-Universe since before the Onslaught thing or what? The X-Books really feel like they felt back in the old days right now. Like the Mastermold and Reavers sagas. Or the Fall of the Mutants saga. I hope they keep this up. The whole Secret Invasion thing will probably poke its head in the mix and i question that. Not because it's a bad idea but because Marvel has real problems keeping continuity between these gaping universe wide events and the individual books. But Civil War was worth the upheaval so maybe they'll prove me wrong. But seeing Colossus in the first "The Last Defenders" made me worry about how Marvel is gonna treat the X-people. One second he's traipsing the world with Wolverine and Nightcrawler the next second he's joining the Defenders as a part of the Initiative before his arc in Uncanny is even done. Nitpicking is all I'm doing. Bottom line is I love the new direction of X-Men titles; I just hope the rest of the Marvel U don't screw it up.
